El regreso del foro​

A partir de hoy queda nuevamente habilitado el foro, pero ésta vez renovado y con algunas mejoras adicionales. Entre ellas un nuevo sistema de tickets que nos permitirá gestionar el área de soporte y denuncias de una manera más organizada, cómoda y efectiva (tanto para ustedes como para nosotros).
El foro estará disponible en 2 idiomas: Español e Inglés (solo se traduce el foro, no el contenido de los posts). Veremos de agregar más idiomas con el correr de los días de ser necesario. También podrán elegir entre 2 diseños: Claro y Oscuro. Tanto el idioma como el estilo se seleccionan desde el pié de página (abajo de todo, a la izquierda).

En cuanto a la organización de foros y subforos, encontrarán 3 categorías principales:

1. Categoría "General": donde se realizarán los anuncios y novedades principales para la comunidad (tanto en Español como en Inglés, entre otros)
2. Categoría "Español": donde encontrarán las secciones con contenido en español
3. Categoría "English": donde encontrarán las secciones con contenido en inglés

Durante los primeros días el foro estará en un proceso de "entrenamiento", en donde daremos el tiempo necesario para que aquellos usuarios que no estén familiarizados con éste sistema puedan entender cómo funciona. Siéntanse libres de preguntar cualquier duda que tengan respecto al mismo. Éste proceso de entrenamiento será de aproximadamente 1 mes.

En cuando al canal de Discord: continuará abierto, pero restringido. Se mantendrán los canales de chat general y anuncios. El resto de los canales (soporte, reportes, denuncias, sugerencias, etc) será eliminados.

Por último: se recuerda que, como en todo espacio de nuestra comunidad, es sumamente importante el respeto y el orden. Ante cualquier comportamiento inadecuado podrán ser advertidos, sancionados temporalmente o incluso expulsados permanentemente. Cuidemos el lugar, es de todos y para todos.

The return of the forum​

Starting today the forum is enabled again, but this time renewed and with some additional improvements. Among them a new ticket system that will allow us to manage the support and complaints area in a way more organized, comfortable and effective (both for you and for us).
The forum will be available in 2 languages: Spanish and English (only the forum is translated, not the content of the posts). We will see about adding more languages as the days go by if necessary. You can also choose between 2 designs: Light and Dark. Both the language and the style are selected from the footer of the page (at the bottom left).

Regarding the organization of forums and subforums, you will find 3 main categories:

1. "General" category: where the main announcements and news for the community will be made (both in Spanish and English, among others)
2. "Spanish" category: where you will find the sections with content in Spanish
3. "English" category: where you will find the sections with content in English

During the first days the forum will be in a "training" process, where we will give the necessary time so that those users who are not familiar with this system can understand how it works. Feel free to ask any questions you may have regarding it. This training process will take approximately 1 month.

As for the Discord channel: it will continue to be open, but restricted. General chat and announcement channels will remain. The rest of the channels (support, reports, complaints, suggestions, etc.) will be eliminated.

Finally: we remember that, as in any space in our community, respect and order are extremely important. In the event of any inappropriate behavior, they may be warned, temporarily sanctioned or even permanently expelled. Let's take care of the place, it belongs to everyone and for everyone.

O retorno do fórum​

A partir de hoje o fórum está novamente habilitado, mas desta vez renovado e com algumas melhorias adicionais. Entre eles, um novo sistema de tickets que nos permitirá gerenciar a área de suporte e reclamações de uma forma mais organizado, confortável e eficaz (tanto para você quanto para nós).
O fórum estará disponível em 2 idiomas: Espanhol e Inglês (somente o fórum é traduzido, não o conteúdo das postagens). Veremos como adicionar mais idiomas com o passar dos dias, se necessário. Você também pode escolher entre dois designs: Claro e Escuro. Tanto o idioma quanto o estilo são selecionados no rodapé da página (canto inferior esquerdo).

Quanto à organização de fóruns e subfóruns, você encontrará 3 categorias principais:

1. Categoria "Geral": onde serão feitos os principais anúncios e novidades para a comunidade (tanto em espanhol quanto em inglês, entre outros)
2. Categoria "Espanhol": onde você encontrará as seções com conteúdo em espanhol
3. Categoria "Inglês": onde você encontrará as seções com conteúdo em inglês

Durante os primeiros dias o fórum estará em processo de “formação”, onde daremos o tempo necessário para que os utilizadores que não estão familiarizados com este sistema possam compreender como funciona. Sinta-se à vontade para fazer qualquer pergunta que possa ter a respeito. Este processo de treinamento levará aproximadamente 1 mês.

Quanto ao canal Discord: ele continuará aberto, mas restrito. Os canais gerais de bate-papo e anúncios permanecerão. Os demais canais (suporte, denúncias, reclamações, sugestões, etc.) serão eliminados.

Por fim: lembramos que, como em qualquer espaço da nossa comunidade, o respeito e a ordem são extremamente importantes. Caso ocorra algum comportamento inadequado, eles poderão ser advertidos, sancionados temporariamente ou até mesmo expulsos definitivamente. Vamos cuidar do lugar, ele é de todos e para todos.

Ang pagbabalik ng forum​

Simula ngayon ang forum ay pinagana muli, ngunit sa pagkakataong ito ay na-renew at may ilang karagdagang pagpapabuti. Sa mga unang araw, ang forum ay nasa proseso ng "pagsasanay", kung saan magbibigay kami ng kinakailangang oras upang maunawaan ng mga user na hindi pamilyar sa system na ito kung paano ito gumagana. Bạn cũng có thể chọn giữa 2 thiết kế: Sáng và Tối. Cả ngôn ngữ và kiểu dáng đều được chọn từ chân trang (ở dưới cùng bên trái).

Về cách tổ chức các diễn đàn và diễn đàn con, bạn sẽ thấy có 3 loại chính:

1. Danh mục "Chung": nơi sẽ đưa ra các thông báo và tin tức chính cho cộng đồng (cả bằng tiếng Tây Ban Nha và tiếng Anh, cùng với các ngôn ngữ khác)
2. Danh mục "Tiếng Tây Ban Nha": nơi bạn sẽ tìm thấy các phần có nội dung bằng tiếng Tây Ban Nha

Trong những ngày đầu tiên, diễn đàn sẽ trải qua quá trình "đào tạo", trong đó chúng tôi sẽ dành thời gian cần thiết để những người dùng chưa quen với hệ thống này có thể hiểu cách hoạt động của nó. Hãy thoải mái hỏi bất kỳ câu hỏi nào bạn có thể có liên quan đến nó. Quá trình đào tạo này sẽ mất khoảng 1 tháng.

Đối với kênh Discord: kênh này sẽ tiếp tục mở nhưng bị hạn chế. Các kênh trò chuyện và thông báo chung sẽ vẫn được giữ nguyên. Các kênh còn lại (hỗ trợ, báo cáo, khiếu nại, đề xuất, v.v.) sẽ bị loại bỏ.
