Hello everyone. I have been having problems receiving the phone verification code. I am sure I am entering my phone number correctly but to no avail. I hope there is another way to verify our account such as email verification because I want to take advantage of the promotions to support the game. I live in Vietnam and I feel there is a problem with the phone numbers here. Please help.

Luckily, a message arrived but it expired. I reported this issue a few months ago but it seems to have gone unnoticed.

Ah I see. I am not Vietnamese. I am a Filipino living in Vietnam that's why I am using English. It is so frustrating to verify via phone numbers why not use emails.

I am afraid of investing more into my account because I feel that in the future the phone number verification might cause some problems for my account. (
